Michael Stone Forrest, born May 5, 1962 in Clark Air Force Base, Philippines, is an actor. He guest stars as Frank Barlow in first & fifth seasons. He has been active since 2002 and has appeared in the films Major League II (1994), Syriana (2005), The Invasion (2007), and National Treasure: Book of Secrets (2007).
