Maestro Harrell, born July 29, 1991 in Chicago, Illinois, USA, is an actor. He guest stars as Randy Wagstaff in the fourth and fifth seasons.
Career[]
Prior to The Wire Harrell had appeared in the film Ali (2001) as a young Cassius Clay and the film Barbershop (2002). Following The Wire he had guest roles in a number of prominent TV series including ER, Cold Case and CSI: NY. He was a series regular in the comedy series Suburgatory from 2011 to 2014.
