Gil Deeble is an American actor from New York. He has a recurring role as Hucklebuck in seasons 1, 2, 3 and 5 of The Wire.
He has also appeared in Homicide: Life on the Street, Third Watch, The Parkers, Law & Order: Criminal Intent, and Law & Order: Trial by Jury. He played Rupert Dawson in the season 7 Homicide episode "Zen and the Art of Murder". He plays a resident in the season 5 Third Watch episode "In Plain View". He plays a minister in the season 5 The Parkers series finale " At Last". He plays Curtis Pardue in the season 7 Law & Order: Criminal Intent episode "Offense". He plays a line-up participant in the Law & Order: Trial by Jury episode "The Line". He appeared in the Richard Price film Freedomland as an angry resident.
