Geraldine Peroni, born July 5, 1953 in Manhattan, New York City, New York, USA died August 3, 2004, was a motion picture editor. She was an episodic editor for the first and second seasons of The Wire. She worked extensively with the film director Robert Altman editing many of his movies including Short Cuts and Prêt-à-Porter. The episode "Back Burners" was dedicated to her memory.
