Wintell "Little Man" Royce was an enforcer in the Barksdale Organization.

Biography[]

Background[]

Royce was one of five enforcers (along with Roland "Wee-Bey" Brice, Anton "Stinkum" Artis, Marquis "Bird" Hilton, and Savino Bratton) in the Barksdale Organization. He was stationed at Building 221 in Franklin Terrace.

Season 1[]

He was photographed at Franklin Terrace by the Barksdale detail. ("The Detail")

He provided a cash sum to the Damien Price, the driver of Maryland State Senator R. Clayton "Clay" Davis. ("Lessons")

He attended the annual basketball game between West and East Baltimore. ("Game Day")

Along with chief enforcer Roland "Wee-Bey" Brice and fellow soldier Savino Bratton, he is involved in the planned shooting of Wendell "Orlando" Blocker. During the ambush, Little Man shot Detective Greggs because he was surprised by her unexpected presence. Unknown to the trio, Orlando contacted the police for protection from the organization in exchange for information and his help in busting the crew. Kima's shooting was an unfortunate product of Orlando's treachery. ("The Cost")

Russell "Stringer" Bell decided that, with the police cracking down on them because an officer has been shot, they would be better off without the unreliable Little Man, and ordered Wee-Bey to kill him. ("The Hunt")

Post-Death[]

Wee-Bey later informs the police where to find Little Man's body as part of his murder confessions to the Baltimore Homicide Department. ("Cleaning Up")
