Doug Roberts is an American actor. He has a recurring role as State's Attorney Stephen Demper in The Wire and has appeared in seasons 1, 3 and 4.
He has also appeared in the John Waters films Cecil B. Demented, Pecker, and Hairspray. He also had a recurring role in Homicide: Life on the Street as Donald Tochterhagen.
