In 2003, Dmitri and another gunman were watching Herc and Carver, as they were posted in their vehicle. They seemed prepared to kill them, however, Vondas called Dmitri and ordered them to leave, as they were temporarily leaving Baltimore after their operation on the docks was compromised.
